CiTech and H. Cegielski Advance Strategic Partnership for Nexus 20 Production in Poland

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced on June 4, 2026, that it has provided an update to its executed Letter of Intent with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership for production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe.

The update confirms that between May 20-24, Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, visited HCP headquarters in Poznan to progress commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. Discussions are now well advanced to finalize the partnership. Additionally, the first Nexus 20 prototype unit has been dispatched to HCP's Poznań facility and is expected to arrive in late July 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.

Under the LOI, the intended cooperation includes production and assembly, with HCP serving as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European region. Technology transfer will ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support. Strategic market expansion will leverage HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.

The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining CiTech's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients. This initiative directly addresses the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank, strengthening regional security amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions.

"This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech's international expansion strategy and will compliment the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia," said Brenton Scott, Chief Executive Officer of Critical Infrastructure Technologies. "By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe."

HCP, founded in 1846, is a historic and strategically significant manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, specializing in large-scale mechanical manufacturing, defence production, and industrial solutions. The company's deep experience in fabrication and integration is expected to accelerate the production and deployment of Nexus 20 units for regional clients. CiTech, listed on the CSE with operations in Perth, Western Australia, is creating autonomous, high-capacity, rapidly deployable technology for mining, defence, border security, and emergency services. The company's self-deploying platform uses patented technologies to overcome limitations in tower strength and rapid deployment, supporting LTE and other payloads such as surveillance and anti-drone systems. The implications of this partnership extend beyond corporate growth. By establishing a manufacturing hub in Poland, the Nexus 20 platform can be produced closer to end users, reducing supply chain vulnerabilities and enabling faster response to emerging threats. For the defence industry, this represents a model of international cooperation that enhances interoperability among allied forces. For the reader and the broader world, the deployment of autonomous communications infrastructure on NATO's Eastern Flank could deter aggression and improve crisis response capabilities, contributing to stability in a strategically critical region.
