Comedy Village NYC, located at 352 West 44th Street in Times Square, has announced two special Pride Month comedy events: “People Be Gay... and Hilarious!” on Wednesday, June 24 at 8PM and “Celebrate Pride Feat” on Thursday, June 25 at 8PM. The shows aim to celebrate laughter, identity, community, and New York City nightlife, featuring a lineup of standout comedians including Harrison Greenbaum, Jaye McBride, Akeem Woods, Paula J. Leon, and Oscar Aydin.

Jaye McBride adds a powerful and authentic voice to the Pride Month celebration. McBride is widely recognized as a trailblazing transgender comedian and was noted as the first openly transgender American comedian to perform at Madison Square Garden. She was also named to Vulture’s “Comedians You Should and Will Know” list in 2022, establishing her as one of the important voices in modern stand-up comedy.
Akeem Woods brings charisma, rhythm, and a crowd-friendly comedy style to the stage.
