DATAGROUP has secured a contract to operate the User Help Desk for Dataport AoR, one of Germany's leading IT service providers for public administration, following a public bidding process. The five-year agreement, valued in the double-digit millions, will see DATAGROUP manage first-level support for up to 30,000 calls and 25,000 tickets per month, supporting users in government agencies, administrative bodies, and public institutions across multiple federal states and municipalities.
