Exhibit G Law Firm Adds Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq. to Employment Law Team

Exhibit G Law Firm has announced that Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq. has joined the firm as an attorney. Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, workplace accessibility, and compliance, serving both businesses and individuals across South Florida. Rodriguez is not new to the firm; she previously served as a law clerk there during her legal studies, supporting attorneys with pre-suit work that included drafting charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, preparing demand letters and deposition questions, and handling client communications. She therefore enters the role already familiar with the firm's matters, clients, and approach to workplace disputes.

Rodriguez also interned with the City of Miami's Office of the City Attorney in its Labor and Employment Division. In that position, she observed trials, arbitrations, depositions, and quasi-judicial hearings while conducting legal research and assisting with case management. The placement gave her exposure to employment matters from the perspective of a public employer, a vantage point that complements the firm's work advising private businesses.

"Rebeca has been part of this practice through a period of substantial growth, and she arrives in this role with an understanding of our matters that ordinarily takes a new attorney considerable time to develop," said Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., founding attorney of Exhibit G Law Firm. "Her human resources training is equally valuable. A great many employment disputes originate in decisions made long before counsel is retained, and an attorney who understands how those decisions are actually made inside an organization is better positioned to address them."

Rodriguez earned her MBA and her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University, and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. That combination informs how she approaches employment matters, particularly on the employer side, where questions of wage and hour practice, accommodation, and policy administration are as much operational as legal.

"My background in human resources shapes how I read a file," said Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq. "Compliance problems are rarely the product of bad intent. More often they reflect a policy that was never updated or a practice that drifted from what the handbook describes. Identifying those issues early is substantially less costly for an employer than litigating them later."

As a first-generation law student and now attorney, Rodriguez has been actively involved in the legal community throughout her academic and professional journey. During law school, she served as President of the Disability Law Students Association and as a member of the Honor Council. She also participated in the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami Law Women, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar. In 2025, she received the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar's Law Student Scholarship and the Miami-Dade FAWL Foundation's Sookie Williams Memorial Scholarship.

She continues her involvement in the legal community as an attorney through her membership in the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar's Labor and Employment Law, Business Law, Trial Lawyers, and Young Lawyers sections. She looks forward to continuing her work with the Exhibit G team and contributing to its continued growth.

Exhibit G Law Firm is a business and employment law firm serving clients in South Florida and northern New Jersey, with offices in Miami and Hoboken. Founded by Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., the firm represents businesses and employees in employment law counseling, employment agreements, separation agreements, and litigation.
