HKTDC Executive Director Sophia Chong emphasized Hong Kong's strategic role, stating, 'Hong Kong has long served as the key gateway for global businesses connecting with the Chinese Mainland, playing the role of super connector and super value-adder that bridges the Chinese Mainland's vast market with the rest of the world.' The Gifts & Premium Fair and Home InStyle feature a new 'Reimagine' themed floor at HKCEC Hall 5, offering buyers a comprehensive overview of global trends in lifestyle homeware and gifting products. Notable product launches include the Camel Brand MINI20 thermos blind box by Wei Yit Vacuum Flask Manufactory, created in collaboration with Hong Kong illustrators and artists, and an infection-prevention mobile toilet by PREN Ltd, which requires no installation or water and incorporates health monitoring capabilities.
The Hall of Fine Designs at the Gifts & Premium Fair gathers over 100 exhibitors showcasing premium design-led products, including the Red A 'Made in Hong Kong' mini-series blind boxes by Star Industrial Co., Ltd and the Napier Coded backpack for pickleball enthusiasts by Moral Team Holdings Ltd, made from recycled materials. Home InStyle's Gerontech and Innovative Material Pavilion, funded by the Innovation and Technology Commission, presents over 20 local enterprises featuring gerontechnology products and smart living solutions, such as the TechFitX Smart Sports Training System for seniors and IntuCREW, a smart power-assist solution for caregivers.
Fashion InStyle highlights material innovation through its NEXT zone, sponsored by the HKSAR Government's Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency. Exhibitors include Belgium's Bloom Biotech showcasing microalgae leather, Finland's Spinnova PLC presenting SPINNOVA® textile fibre from wood or waste cellulose, and Vietnam's Thai Son S.P Co., Ltd offering ramie fabric. The Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair and DeLuxe PrintPack Hong Kong emphasize eco-friendly solutions, with Elements Printing and Packaging Limited introducing FSC Transparent Non-plastic packaging and BSN International Hong Kong Limited offering RFID labels with paper-based inner layers. The Licensing Show debuts an IP and e-Commerce Support Services zone, uniting e-commerce platforms, KOLs, and marketing firms to help brands capitalize on cross-border e-commerce growth.
