This integrated model allows patients of all ages to receive coordinated, specialist-level care without needing referrals to multiple offices. A decade later, Albinder Orthodontics was founded, and both practices, along with Virginia Beach Orthodontics, have since become part of the Behl Orthodontics network. Dr. Behl has grown the practice to seven locations across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, and Yorktown since founding it in 2010, following his specialty training at Boston University. He holds a Doctor of Science in Oral Biology and has earned recognition as a Diamond Invisalign provider. In 2026, he completed an Executive MBA at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business, further strengthening his leadership as the organization scales.
