IFPG has been recognized as the No. 1 franchise broker organization in Entrepreneur magazine's 2026 Top Franchise Suppliers ranking, marking the eighth consecutive year the company has received the honor. The ranking appears in the September/October issue of Entrepreneur and online, highlighting top service providers across 13 categories based on an annual survey of more than 1,000 franchise brands.
The recognition arrives during what IFPG describes as a transformational year. In 2026, the organization acquired Franchise Business Review, an independent research firm specializing in franchisee satisfaction and performance benchmarking, and Business Alliance Inc., a longtime franchise brokerage and consulting network. It also launched Franchise Ignition, an organic lead-generation and marketing platform for franchisors, and developed Franchise Atlas, a technology platform that helps consultants manage candidates, search brands, and use AI-assisted matching tools.
Leadership changes accompanied the growth. Chief Operating Officer Matt Otskey was promoted to CEO, while founder Don Daszkowski transitioned to Executive Chairman, Head of M&A and Corporate Development. "This has been a transformational year for IFPG, but our focus remains the same: creating more value and more opportunities for our members," Otskey said. "We plan to continue staying at the forefront of franchising through data and AI innovation. Franchise Atlas is modernizing how franchise consultants and candidates work together, and our push into the agentic AI world is just beginning."
The company's flagship event, the IFPG Retreat, was also named a Top Franchise Event by Entrepreneur for the third straight year. The three-day conference draws hundreds of franchise consultants, franchisors, and suppliers for education and networking. "Our community is at the heart of everything we do," said IFPG President Red Boswell. "As IFPG grows, we're creating even more ways for consultants, franchisors and suppliers to connect, collaborate and build meaningful relationships."
Entrepreneur's ranking is based on survey responses from franchisors rating suppliers on quality, cost, and value. "The strength of a franchise system often comes down to the partners standing behind it," said Jason Feifer, Entrepreneur's editor in chief. "That's why we survey more than 1,000 franchisors to find out which suppliers they trust most." The full list is available in the September/October issue, on newsstands September 22, and at https://www.entrepreneur.com/franchises/top-franchise-suppliers.
IFPG serves more than 1,500 franchisors, franchise consultants, and vendor partners, advising entrepreneurs on evaluating, acquiring, and scaling franchise businesses. The No. 1 ranking and recent acquisitions position IFPG to influence franchise development and consultant workflows through data-driven tools, potentially raising service standards across the industry and giving prospective franchisees more informed choices.
