InHealth Media (IHM), a full-service marketing agency specializing in the health, nutrition, and wellness industries, has announced the expansion of its team with the addition of Scotty Friedman as Creative Director and Jonah Goldsmith as Social Media Director. These strategic hires aim to bolster the agency's capabilities in creative production, visual storytelling, social media strategy, paid advertising, and digital brand development, as it serves a growing roster of domestic and international brands seeking to establish a foothold in the U.S. marketplace.
Mitch Gould, founder and CEO of InHealth Media, emphasized the importance of these additions: "InHealth Media has always been about helping brands turn distribution into sales. Scotty and Jonah bring us additional expertise in two areas that have become increasingly important for consumer brands: high-quality creative content and sophisticated social media marketing. Their experience allows us to offer our clients an even broader range of services under one roof."
The expansion underscores the evolving landscape of consumer brand marketing, where compelling visuals and a robust social media presence are crucial for success. IHM works closely with Gould's sister company, Nutritional Products International (NPI), which specializes in helping international health, nutrition, and wellness brands enter and expand in the United States. Gould describes the relationship simply: "NPI gets products onto the shelf, while InHealth Media helps get them off the shelf."
Through its Evolution of Distribution® platform, NPI provides brands with an integrated path into the U.S. market, including global logistics, market entry, product readiness, regulatory alignment, market positioning, and retail and e-commerce placement. Before products are introduced to U.S. buyers, NPI evaluates formulation, labeling, pricing, and marketing claims for compliance with FDA, OTC, and retail standards. Once products reach store shelves and online marketplaces, IHM complements these efforts by helping brands create the visibility, awareness, and consumer demand necessary to support sales and long-term growth.
IHM's existing services include public relations, media relations, strategic marketing, press releases, corporate communications, social media, and influencer outreach. The addition of Friedman and Goldsmith strengthens the agency's ability to integrate these services with creative production, visual content, and expanded social media strategy.
Scotty Friedman joins as Creative Director with over 12 years of experience in cinematography, commercial production, creative direction, and visual storytelling. A film school graduate, Friedman previously served as Creative Director at TLF Apparel and has directed and produced content across the fitness, fashion, music, and entertainment industries. His portfolio includes leading music video direction for recording artist BLP Kosher and producing content for a roster of artists. At IHM, Friedman will lead creative production efforts and help clients develop visual identities tailored to today's visual and social-first marketing environment.
Jonah Goldsmith joins as Social Media Director, bringing six years of experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, digital strategy, and brand growth, with a focus on health, wellness, and fitness. He has worked with over 15 seven-figure brands, including BPI Sports, Squeeze Me Skinny, and Kenetik Ketones. Before founding his own marketing agency, Goldsmith served as Marketing Director at BPI Sports and Social Media Manager at Squeeze Me Skinny, where he gained hands-on experience using content and performance-driven advertising to grow consumer brands. His background in computer science and web development gives him a unique blend of technical and marketing expertise. At IHM, Goldsmith will lead social media strategy and help clients integrate organic content, paid media, and digital marketing into their broader brand-building efforts.
Gould noted that the expansion reflects the changing requirements for launching and growing consumer brands. "Getting a product into the United States and securing distribution is only the first half of the equation. Brands also need compelling creative, consistent news, social media, digital advertising, and an integrated strategy that keeps them visible to consumers. By expanding the InHealth Media team, we're continuing to build the marketing infrastructure our clients need after their products reach the marketplace."
Together, Nutritional Products International and InHealth Media provide brands with complementary resources spanning international logistics, U.S. market entry, regulatory alignment, product readiness, market positioning, retail and e-commerce distribution, public relations, creative production, social media, and consumer marketing.
