IVU Traffic Technologies AG Enhances Transparency and Accelerates Reporting Amid Strong First-Half Results

IVU Traffic Technologies AG, a leading provider of software and IT solutions for bus and rail companies, is intensifying its investor relations efforts to make its business performance more transparent for investors and analysts. The company announced plans to accelerate its fast-close processes and introduce interim analyst conference calls starting in the third quarter of 2026.

The move comes on the heels of a strong first half of 2026, as reported in an ad hoc announcement on July 20, 2026. Preliminary figures show that IVU significantly improved its results compared to the same period last year. Operating profit (EBIT) rose to EUR 3.3 million, up from EUR 1.0 million in the first half of 2025. This increase was driven by growth in recurring revenue and the initial success of efficiency-boosting measures. Based on these results, the company raised its full-year 2026 EBIT outlook to approximately EUR 22 million, up from the previous forecast of EUR 20 million and compared to EUR 18.6 million in 2025. The outlook for consolidated revenue of over EUR 160 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 130 million remains unchanged.

Starting in Q3 2026, the streamlining of fast-close processes will allow IVU to move up its reporting dates by about two weeks. The company will publish its results for the first nine months of 2026 on November 5, 2026, instead of the previously scheduled later date. All reports will be available on the company's investor relations website at https://www.ivu.com/en/investors/financial-reports.

Additionally, IVU will introduce interim analyst conference calls as a standard practice starting in Q3 2026. These calls will provide investors and analysts the opportunity to discuss earnings performance with the Executive Board in English. The company also plans additional in-person and digital communication formats, with further details to be announced in due course.

Petra Meiser, CFO of IVU Traffic Technologies AG, commented, "We have demonstrated in recent years that our business model is viable and scalable. The preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 and the resulting upward revision of our full-year outlook strongly underscore this. Now is the time to make this strength even more visible on the capital markets - with greater transparency, more dialogue, and greater consistency in our communications."

For investors and analysts, these changes mean more timely access to financial data and enhanced opportunities to engage with company leadership. The accelerated reporting and increased transparency could help the market better assess IVU's performance and growth trajectory. As the company continues to execute on its efficiency measures and benefit from recurring revenue growth, the improved communication strategy may support a more accurate valuation of its stock on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Prime Standard segment.
