McEwen Inc. Sets Q3 2026 Earnings Call for Nov. 10

McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) has scheduled its third quarter 2026 financial results conference call for Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 11 a.m. EST. The call will feature management discussing the company's financial performance and providing updates on project developments, followed by a question-and-answer session. Shareholders and other interested participants can register for the webcast, while analysts and attendees wishing to ask questions may register separately for telephone participation. An archived replay will be available approximately two hours after the live event on the company's media page.

The timing of this call is significant for investors because it will offer the first detailed look at how McEwen is executing on its dual strategy of producing gold and silver while advancing one of the world's largest undeveloped copper projects. The company's shares trade on both the NYSE and TSX under the ticker MUX, providing shareholders with exposure to a growing base of gold and silver production in addition to a very large copper development project, all in the Americas.

McEwen's gold and silver mines are located in prolific mineral-rich regions: the Cortez Trend in Nevada, the Timmins district of Ontario, Flin Flon in Manitoba, and the Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. The company is also reactivating its gold-silver El Gallo Mine in Mexico. These operations form the production backbone that supports the company's copper ambitions.

Central to that ambition is McEwen Copper, in which McEwen holds a 46.3% interest. McEwen Copper owns the large, long-life, advanced-stage Los Azules copper development project in San Juan province, Argentina, a region that hosts some of the country's largest copper deposits. According to the last financing for McEwen Copper, the implied value of McEwen's ownership interest is US$456 million, or US$7.67 per share. Los Azules is designed to be one of the world's first regenerative copper mines and carbon neutral by 2038. Its feasibility study results were announced in a press release dated October 7, 2025. The project also received approval under Argentina's Large Investment Regime (RIGI) in 2025, a key milestone that could accelerate development.

In addition to its copper and precious metals assets, McEwen holds a 1.25% net smelter return royalty on Los Azules and a 27% interest in publicly listed Paragon Advanced Labs Inc., a newly listed company deploying PhotonAssay units around the world. McEwen believes this technology is poised to become the new industry standard for assaying precious and base metals, with Paragon aiming to be one of the leading service providers.

Chairman and Chief Owner Rob McEwen has invested over US$250 million personally and takes a salary of $1 per year, aligning his interests with shareholders. He is a recipient of the Order of Canada, a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, and a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Energy) award. His stated objective is to build MUX's profitability and share value and ultimately implement a dividend policy, as he did while building Goldcorp Inc.

For investors, the upcoming call represents a critical checkpoint. With gold and silver prices volatile and copper demand rising due to global electrification, McEwen's ability to ramp up production at its gold mines while advancing Los Azules could significantly impact its valuation. The call may also shed light on the company's progress in reactivating El Gallo and its plans for Paragon Advanced Labs.
