MediKeeper, a leader in corporate health management solutions, has announced that Dr. Tyler Amell, its Chief Health and Strategy Officer, will be a featured speaker at several health and employee benefits conferences across North America and Europe. Starting August 25, Dr. Amell will travel to Scottsdale, Arizona, followed by Halifax, Nova Scotia; Edinburgh, Scotland; and New Orleans, Louisiana, to deliver keynotes, workshops, and presentations on workplace health and productivity.
Dr. Amell expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming engagements: "It is a great honor to be asked to deliver keynotes, plenary, breakout or workshop presentations that are of importance to conference attendees and organizers alike. There is so much good evidence out there, and such critical need for unbiased, outcome-based information to help guide employee health and wellness programming, that I am pleased to play a small role in the conference education experience of so many people."
The tour begins with a keynote at the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) Symposium Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, on August 26. The Symposium, which runs from August 23 to 26, is a major gathering of credentialed benefits professionals from across North America. Dr. Amell's presentation will focus on workplace health as a strategic imperative for organizations.
Next, Dr. Amell will head to Halifax, Nova Scotia, to speak at the 59th annual Canadian Employee Benefits Conference, scheduled for August 30 through September 2. There, he will lead an in-depth workshop on achieving a healthy retirement from a preventive health perspective, a topic of growing importance as employees plan for longer post-work lives.
In September, Dr. Amell will travel to Edinburgh, Scotland, to deliver a keynote at the International Forum on Disability Management (IFDM) on September 22-23. His address will cover modern integrated strategies for workplace health and productivity, work disability, and return to work. The IFDM connects international colleagues on disability, health, and wellness issues, fostering peer learning across countries.
Dr. Amell will conclude his fall tour in New Orleans at the 72nd annual Employee Benefits Conference, taking place October 25-28. This flagship event helps attendees learn the tools, insights, and connections needed to drive meaningful change and make informed decisions about employee health and wellness benefits, retirement, benefits administration, pension, and investments. Dr. Amell will discuss causes of worker burnout, the role of mental health initiatives, low-cost considerations, and best practices for implementation alongside employee representative colleagues.
