Mojo Dialing Solutions LLC, maker of the Mojo Dialer prospecting platform for real estate professionals, has released Mojo Pitching Coach, an AI role-play tool for real estate agents that allows them to practice prospecting conversations out loud and receive a scored evaluation after each session. The feature is currently available in Beta for Mojo Real Estate accounts.
Traditional role-play requires a second participant—a partner, a coach, or a scheduled training session. Mojo Pitching Coach removes that requirement. Inside the Mojo web app, an agent selects an AI homeowner persona, sets a difficulty level, and speaks through the computer's microphone. The persona responds in real time and raises objections. No calls are dialed and no contact records are used during the process.
The tool includes 12 AI homeowner personas across three lead types: five Circle, five Expired, and two For Sale By Owner (FSBO), each with a distinct situation and personality such as Skeptical, Frustrated, or Price Dreamer. Three difficulty levels range from Easy (one mild objection) to Hard (a guarded homeowner who pushes back several times), and three response paces. Agents can display one of the calling scripts saved in their Mojo account on screen during practice. Live counters track the agent's share of the conversation, their longest speaking turn, and the number of questions asked. After each call, a scorecard provides a total out of 100, scores and notes for the Opening, Discovery, Objections, and Close, plus a Best moment and a Next time tip that reference the agent's own words. A full transcript of every practice call and a Sessions history for each persona allow agents to compare scores across recent attempts.
"Most agents learn the phone on live calls, so the first few conversations of every session end up being the warm-up," said David England, Vice President of Mojo Dialing Solutions. "Pitching Coach moves that warm-up ahead of the real conversations. In a few minutes, agents can practice the objection they hear most or rehearse asking for the appointment, and the scorecard shows them what to work on next."
Mojo Pitching Coach is structured for self-directed real estate cold calling practice. Agents select the persona, difficulty, and script, then decide what to say and can repeat the same scenario using Practice Again to focus on one skill at a time. Each practice call runs up to 10 minutes, and the Sessions history displays only that agent's own results.
"We're releasing Pitching Coach as a Beta because we want agents to help shape it," England said. "The Give Feedback button on the page sends their comments straight to our team, and that feedback will guide what we build next."
Agents access Mojo Pitching Coach through the Training section of the Mojo Home page or from the Practice With Pitching Coach card on the AI Tools page. The feature runs in the Mojo web app on a computer equipped with a microphone and is available during the Beta period to every user on a Mojo Real Estate account. Release notes and Mojo's guide to real estate cold calling practice are available at the Mojo blog. Learn more at www.mojosells.com.
The introduction of Mojo Pitching Coach could significantly impact the real estate industry by providing agents with a convenient, scalable way to improve their cold calling skills. With the housing market becoming more competitive, effective prospecting is crucial for agents to secure listings and clients. By allowing agents to practice objections and refine their pitches in a low-pressure environment, the tool may lead to more productive live calls, better conversion rates, and ultimately increased business for real estate professionals. Moreover, the beta release invites user feedback, suggesting that Mojo is committed to iterating and enhancing the tool based on real-world needs, which could set a new standard for training in the industry.
