Rotterdam, Netherlands — Companies often invest heavily in winning new customers, but once the deal is closed, keeping those customers engaged can become an afterthought. A new application aims to address this by helping businesses monitor renewal signals directly within their existing customer relationship management system.
Sighub has launched Renewal Radar, a tool designed for HubSpot users that scans customer accounts to identify those that may be slipping through the cracks as their renewal date approaches. The application works by analyzing information already stored in HubSpot, including deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions, and custom objects, rather than requiring teams to move data into a separate customer success platform.
“Companies put enormous effort into winning new customers, but existing customers can become surprisingly easy to overlook once the deal is closed,” said Ulaş Arslan, founder of Sighub. “Customers notice that long before a renewal is officially at risk. We built Renewal Radar to help teams spot that gap while there is still time to do something about it.”
The tool is aimed at customer success and revenue operations teams that already manage their customer base in HubSpot but do not want to invest in an enterprise-level customer success platform. Renewal Radar acts as a lightweight layer on top of the CRM, monitoring renewal information across multiple sources while also taking recent customer activity into account.
When the system detects that an account may require attention, it surfaces the risk and creates a focused task for the responsible team. Once the situation is resolved, the alert can be closed out as well. This approach allows teams to prioritize accounts that show signs of neglect, such as low engagement or lack of recent communication, before the customer decides not to renew.
The launch comes at a time when many businesses are focused on growth, but retention is equally critical. According to industry analysts, acquiring a new customer can cost five times more than retaining an existing one, making it essential for companies to pay attention to their current client base.
Renewal Radar is now available through Sighub and the HubSpot App Marketplace. More information can be found on the Sighub website.
For businesses that rely on HubSpot to manage their customer relationships, Renewal Radar offers a way to ensure that existing customers receive the same level of attention as new prospects. By identifying potential renewal risks early, companies can take proactive steps to strengthen relationships and reduce churn.
