Operation Bangladesh, founded by Morad Shaker, has announced the completion of its original five-million-position allocation, marking a significant shift from its Bangladesh-focused origins to the broader Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem. Of the original 5,000,000 positions, 4,996,048 have been allocated, leaving only 3,952 as a security reserve for administrative corrections or unforeseen requirements.
The milestone follows Operation Bangladesh's July 7, 2026 global expansion announcement, when approximately 4.2 million allocation units had been structured internationally. Originally designed as a confidential 2025 pilot to provide access to five million underprivileged people in Bangladesh, the initiative has evolved to address global needs.
According to Shaker, the initiative is about one year behind schedule due to significant operational challenges encountered during the Bangladesh phase. These challenges led him to open the allocation internationally, with some allocations following citizen petitions from beneficiary countries, while others originated from citizens advocating for those populations.
The final allocation of the original five-million capacity includes Thailand with 2,435,000 positions, India with 600,000, Sri Lanka with 500,000, the Philippines with 400,000, Vietnam with 100,000, Tajikistan with 100,000, Puerto Rico with 100,000, Zambia with 100,000, Tanzania with 100,000, Lebanon with 100,000, South Africa with 100,000, Cambodia with 100,000, Fiji with 50,000, the United States with 50,000, Zimbabwe with 50,000, Maldives with 25,000, Eswatini with 25,000, Lesotho with 25,000, Bahamas with 25,000, Tonga with 10,000, and Bangladesh with 1,048.
The figures represent planned participation allocations, not completed distributions of money or benefits. The original 10-million reserve, preserved for potential expansion, is now being activated for broader humanitarian priorities under Operation Bangladesh and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem.
The reserve includes 4,000,000 positions allocated to Phoenix Passage, another global humanitarian movement designed by Morad Shaker, with a mission focused on mobilizing a new generation toward humanitarian service. Phoenix Passage is scheduled for launch on January 1, 2027. Additional allocations include 3,000,000 for Myanmar nationals, refugees, and immigrants in Thailand; 1,000,000 in support of the people of Ukraine; and 50,000 toward the people of Afghanistan following a citizen petition from New Zealand.
Furthermore, 250,000 positions have been designated for the Shaker Global Animal Protection Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit headquartered in Wyoming, to support planned animal-protection work, including a pilot connected with Thailand. The total allocated from the 10-million reserve is 8,300,000, leaving a remaining reserve of 1,700,000.
The next phase will involve approaching relevant countries, institutions, and authorities to explore cooperation necessary for implementation. Participation will depend on applicable laws, operational feasibility, resources, and voluntary cooperation.

Shaker, an Iranian entrepreneur and humanitarian who lived in Hawaii for about three decades before establishing his permanent base in Wyoming, is also founder of the Shaker Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Foundation and Founder & President of the Shaker Foundation for American Service Heroes.
