From these inputs, PoKeep estimates the Pokémon's level and then maps the same individual values onto the evolved form to display expected CP and HP at that stage.
Key features include formula-based estimates that draw on species base stats and the CP relationship used in Pokémon GO, providing more accurate projections than rough tier lists or community spreadsheets. The tool offers a dual-stage preview, showing both pre-evolution and post-evolution Pokémon together with sprites and stat readouts for easy comparison. The database covers standard evolution chains and Mega-eligible species, including dual Mega lines such as Charizard and Mewtwo. The species picker supports queries in English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, facilitating lookup on regional PoKeep sites. Regional pages for English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese editions share the same interaction model while using localized copy and imagery.
A typical workflow involves opening the calculator, selecting the Pokémon to evolve, typing in CP, and setting the three IV bar values to mirror the appraisal screen. After running the calculation, trainers review the evolved stat preview and, if needed, drag the level control to test evolving now versus powering up first.
