Currently practicing at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, California, Dr. Spieler has established a specialized Breastfeeding Medicine Clinic and serves as the Regional Lactation Lead for Northern California. Her role as Medical Director for the Sonoma County Breastfeeding Coalition underscores her commitment to improving maternal and infant health services.
