The X100 technology utilizes an electromagnetic scanner to map the internal structure of each natural cork, with AI-powered software correlating the scan data to predict potential oxygen transmission. By leveraging machine learning and 12 years of comprehensive data, the system can identify and eliminate corks that might allow excessive oxygen exposure, which can compromise wine quality.
