The company will introduce restaurants in Orlando, Jacksonville, Naples, and North Port, building on its successful operations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Co-founder Roger Lolly emphasized the brand's commitment to celebrating Florida's cultural heritage through innovative dining experiences. Each new restaurant will feature a 2,800-square-foot dining room, an outdoor patio, and a unique 500-gallon freshwater tank housing live baby alligators, created in partnership with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

The expansion represents a significant economic investment, with each location representing approximately $1.6 million and creating 35 to 40 jobs ranging from line cooks to general managers. The company plans to source 100 percent Florida-raised beef from a Panhandle cattle ranchers' cooperative by late 2025, further supporting local agriculture.

Florida Boy Burger's menu celebrates regional flavors, offering chuck-and-brisket patties topped with locally inspired ingredients like Key lime aioli and citrus-maple bacon. The restaurant also features unique Florida-themed dishes such as gator bites and swamp fries with datil-pepper cheese sauce.

Beyond culinary innovation, the company maintains a strong commitment to environmental stewardship through its 'Burgers for the Bay' initiative, which supports Everglades restoration and hosts monthly waterway clean-up events. While currently focused on Florida, management is exploring potential expansion into Southeastern markets in 2026.
