The Military Spouse Leadership Development Program (MSLDP) is accepting applications for its second cohort of 2025, offering military spouses an opportunity to enhance their leadership capabilities and become community change agents. The free, global, and virtual program will train 50 participants in critical leadership skills, including crisis management, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness.
Eligible participants include spouses of currently serving military members from any branch, post-9/11 Gold Star Spouses, Surviving Spouses, Caregivers, and Spouses of Veterans or Retirees. The intermediate-level program provides participants with valuable professional development opportunities and recognition.
Participants will receive two prestigious certifications: a leadership certificate from Harvard University's National Preparedness Leadership Initiative and a Mental Health Ally certificate from Psych Hub.
