Notify Expands Technology Solutions to Modernize Senior Living Communication in Wisconsin

Notify, a leading healthcare communication technology company, is targeting Wisconsin's senior living facilities with new solutions aimed at modernizing communication infrastructure and addressing complex operational challenges. The company's expansion introduces flexible technological tools that enable facilities to enhance communication systems without extensive equipment replacement.

The initiative is spearheaded by Erich Klett, the newly appointed Director of Strategic Partnerships, who brings over 16 years of healthcare technology experience. Klett noted that many Wisconsin providers face significant communication barriers due to fragmented and aging technology systems.

Notify's primary offerings include the Overlay Platform and Communications App, which provide comprehensive communication solutions for senior living communities. The Overlay Platform can integrate alerts from over 25 nurse call system manufacturers, allowing rapid implementation without requiring extensive reconstruction or staff retraining.

The Communications App offers a modern alternative to traditional radio systems, providing secure, WiFi-based push-to-talk voice communication within single facilities. These technologies aim to reduce manual work, improve operational visibility, and support caregiver retention.

As part of its expansion strategy, Notify is offering free pilot programs that allow facilities to test these solutions in live environments. The company currently serves over 600 senior living communities nationwide, with several already established in Wisconsin.

Greg Robertson, SVP of Growth at Notify, emphasized the importance of flexible technological solutions that can adapt to diverse community needs and legacy hardware constraints.
