Four Seasons is set to introduce a unique residential experience in Coconut Grove, Miami, with a carefully designed 20-story building featuring only 70 residences. Developed by CMC Group and Fort Partners, the project aims to capture the essence of Miami's oldest neighborhood through architectural and design elements that honor the area's distinctive character.
The building, designed by architect Luis Revuelta, draws inspiration from Coconut Grove's lush landscape, featuring curved forms that reflect the neighborhood's serene environment. Renowned Italian designer Michele Bönan will lead the interior design, emphasizing a connection to the locale's multicultural heritage and vibrant cultural scene.
A standout feature of the development is its 10,000-square-foot spa, which incorporates wellness experiences inspired by ancient Roman baths. The amenities include a sauna, cold plunge pool, and an ice fountain, offering residents a comprehensive approach to relaxation and health.
Strategically positioned near water, distinctive restaurants, independent boutiques, and quality schools, the residence is designed to be an authentic extension of Coconut Grove's unique lifestyle. The project represents more than just a luxury residential offering; it is a carefully crafted living experience that pays homage to the neighborhood's rich history and bohemian spirit.
This development continues Four Seasons' strategic expansion in the branded residential market, where the company has been a leader since 1985. With 53 private residential properties worldwide and a growing portfolio of projects, Four Seasons continues to redefine luxury living by combining exceptional service with exclusive residential amenities.
