Zouzoua's leadership comes at a critical time for NXT | CLT, as it celebrates the completion of its 9th business accelerator cohort and begins recruitment for Cohort 10. Notably, her recent role as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Center for Women and Enterprise saw her expand corporate engagement by 60% and establish the Women of Color Business Summit.
