Partner Joshua M. Joshua M. Palmintier, a graduate of the Southern University Law Center, has over 20 years of experience representing clients in catastrophic personal injury, traumatic brain injury, and complex mass tort litigation. He has been an active member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Louisiana Association for Justice. Jason B. Thrower brings a unique perspective, having built a career in business, including chamber of commerce executive leadership, insurance underwriting, and investment banking, before becoming an attorney. A 2006 graduate of Southern University Law Center, he clerked for District Court Judge Janice G. Clark and later established his own firm in 2011. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and select criminal defense matters.
Benjamin B. Treuting, a graduate of LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center with both a Juris Doctorate and a Diploma in Comparative Law, is admitted in all Louisiana state courts. He is an active member of the Louisiana Association for Justice and the Baton Rouge Bar Association, where he serves as the Appellate Section Chair and as a Director Ad Hoc.
