Alcanza Clinical Research today announced the acquisition of CNS Healthcare, an independent clinical research network with a 30-year legacy of advancing medical science and patient care. The deal, announced on June 23, 2026, adds five clinical trial locations across Memphis, Tennessee; Jacksonville and Orlando, Florida; and a mobile clinical trial vehicle to Alcanza's network.
CNS Healthcare, founded in 1996, has completed thousands of clinical trials across key therapeutic areas, with a focus on neuroscience and behavioral health. The organization has built a strong reputation for high-quality clinical data and a patient-centric environment, serving as a preferred research network for both community participants and global sponsors. Under the leadership of CEO Dan Kearney, CNS Healthcare expanded its capabilities and industry partnerships, maintaining consistent site performance and trial delivery over three decades.
