The campaign, which runs through June 30, 2026, offers customers a 100% refund on their purchase if Team USA reaches the World Cup Final. To qualify, shoppers must use code TEAMUSA at checkout on forme.science.

The initiative is powered by PlayAbly, a promotions platform that leverages the federally regulated prediction market Kalshi to guarantee the payout. By using prediction markets to hedge risk, Forme Science can offer bold promotions without taking on unlimited financial exposure. Nicolas Hull, director of business development at Kalshi, said, "Forme is the first e-commerce brand to use prediction markets to hedge risk. The promotion works in three steps: shop on forme.science and enter code TEAMUSA at checkout by June 30; cheer for Team USA during the World Cup; and if Team USA reaches the Final, every TEAMUSA order gets 100% cashback (excluding taxes and shipping). The offer is subject to official rules and is void where prohibited.
