Spreadsight, an autonomous wholesaling platform for real estate investors, has launched its web application at www.spreadsight.ai. The platform uses proprietary artificial intelligence developed entirely in-house to manage the entire wholesale real estate process, from initial contact with sellers to signed assignments, with no human involvement.
Traditional wholesaling technology typically stops at providing scored leads or alerts within a CRM. Human agents are still required to call sellers, assess motivation and timelines, negotiate terms, underwrite deals, search buyer lists, and confirm with buyers before contracts are drafted. Spreadsight aims to eliminate these manual steps by automating each stage.
The platform's AI voice agent directly contacts sellers, gathers information about motivation, timeline, and property condition, and negotiates price and terms in real time. An underwriting engine determines offers based on live comparable-sales data and repair estimates. A buyer-matching engine ranks an investor's cash-buyer network against the deal and calls the top match to confirm interest, then auto-drafts the assignment contract. Every step runs autonomously, end to end.
Daniel Kaufman, founder of Spreadsight, emphasized the uniqueness of the platform. "We didn't want to build another lead list with a chatbot bolted on top," he said. "Every piece of this — the calling, the underwriting logic, the buyer-matching — is proprietary AI we built ourselves, purpose-built for wholesaling. That’s the difference between a tool that flags a deal and a system that actually closes it."
The launch of Spreadsight could significantly impact the real estate wholesaling industry by reducing the time and labor required to execute deals. For wholesalers, this might mean lower operational costs and the ability to handle a higher volume of transactions. The platform's autonomous nature may also help investors scale their businesses without proportional increases in staffing.
However, the reliance on AI raises questions about the quality of negotiations and the accuracy of underwriting compared to human judgment. Spreadsight claims its AI is purpose-built for wholesaling, which may address some of these concerns by tailoring the system to the specific nuances of the market.
Spreadsight is available now at www.spreadsight.ai, where wholesalers and real estate investors can request a demo of the platform. The platform is developed by Daniel Kaufman and Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC.
