innoscripta SE Reports Strong H1 2026 Results, Driven by R&D Tax Software Demand

innoscripta SE, a provider of software for managing research and development (R&D) activities, announced a robust financial performance for the first half of 2026, with revenue growing 43% year-over-year to EUR 63.1 million. The company's adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased by 49% to EUR 36.4 million, excluding EUR 535 thousand in non-recurring expenses related to corporate restructuring and group structure establishment. The adjusted EBIT margin reached 57.7%, reflecting the scalability of its platform.

The company attributes its growth to the continued demand for its flagship platform, Clusterix, which helps companies streamline R&D tax allowance applications. In Germany, the R&D tax incentive (Forschungszulage) remains a key driver, and innoscripta's customer base has expanded to over 2,900 clients during the period. The company has enhanced Clusterix to serve as its central infrastructure for project structuring, data management, and application submissions, enabling automated data validation and higher data quality. This upgrade is expected to facilitate faster, more standardized processes and establish consistent workflows across different markets, laying the technological groundwork for further international scaling.

International expansion has been a focal point in the first half of 2026. innoscripta opened an office in Hamburg, Germany, and made strategic entries into new markets. In France, the company established its first location near Toulouse and has already secured customers. The UK market was entered with an office in Manchester, effective July 1, 2026, and the company has also begun operations in the United States, where it is serving its first clients. The adaptability of Clusterix to various regulatory requirements has been instrumental in efficiently entering these new markets.

Looking ahead, the Management Board has confirmed its guidance for the full year 2026, projecting revenue of at least EUR 140 million and EBIT of at least EUR 80 million, assuming consistent timing of customer application submissions and approvals. Detailed financial results are available in the Half-Year Report on the company's website in the Investors section. innoscripta will also host a virtual earnings call today at 3:00 p.m. CEST, with dial-in details provided on its website under Investor Events.

This strong performance underscores the growing importance of digital tools for managing R&D tax incentives, which are critical for companies seeking to maximize innovation funding. As governments worldwide expand such incentives, innoscripta's international footprint positions it to capitalize on this trend, potentially benefiting a wide range of businesses engaged in research and development.
