Rashmi's Bakery, a family-run bakery serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2007, has added three limited-edition cakes to its summer menu: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss, and Berry Biscoff. The new flavours are available at the bakery's Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA.
The summer collection expands the bakery's seasonal offerings, maintaining its commitment to being 100 percent egg-free and nut-free. The new cakes include Coconut Truffle, which layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream centre; Tiramisu Bliss, a reimagined Italian classic featuring vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a cocoa dusting; and Berry Biscoff, which combines vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. Each flavour is also available as individual dessert cups for a smaller serving option.
Rashmi's Bakery has operated as an egg-free and nut-free bakery since its first location opened in Brampton in 2007. Founder Rashmi Chugh emphasized the philosophy behind the bakery's approach: "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake. Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one." The recipes are developed from scratch to be egg-free and nut-free, using high-quality ingredients like Belgian chocolate, coffee, and fruit.
Beyond the seasonal collection, the bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can provide a photo, screenshot, colour reference, or an idea, and the team will create a custom cake. The bakery offers quick turnaround on custom orders and same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products.
