REALM Launches AI-Powered Monthly Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has announced the launch of REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop. The new service, now available to all members, delivers personalized monthly reports designed to pinpoint where opportunities exist in each advisor's specific market and provide actionable guidance.

The launch addresses a growing challenge for top advisors: wealth is being created and relocated at an unprecedented pace. New fortunes emerge in technology hubs, established capital crosses borders, and families are making relocation decisions earlier than ever. Advisors, already pressed for time, struggle to keep up with such dynamic data. REALM Intelligence aims to close that gap by providing individualized insights drawn from a vast dataset and analyzed by Scoop's AI.

Each monthly report begins with a focus on the advisor's own market, tracking metrics such as inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market within their specific segments. It compares their performance with the rest of the network, helping them discern whether shifts are local or indicative of broader trends. The report flags long-held listings and aging inventory as watch items, offering market conditions to monitor, with language crafted to comply with MLS rules.

The report then expands to examine economic factors impacting the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) market. It identifies liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations from public filings and REALM's wealth data, mapped to the advisor's territory. When connections to other REALM members exist, the report directs advisors to the network's collaboration tools. All insights are grounded in the advisor's own listings and clients, ensuring privacy and relevance.

The benefits for advisors are significant. They can make calls a month earlier with more confidence, as market shifts are presented as measured data rather than anecdotal evidence. The AI uncovers newly wealthy households that don't announce themselves, a task impossible for humans alone. For clients who expect their advisors to be ahead of the curve, this early insight can be the difference between being called for advice or being consulted as a trusted expert.

“The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards,” said Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM. “It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is. There is $127 trillion moving between generations right now, and trillions more being created outright in a handful of markets. Our members should not have to go looking for it.”

Early feedback from members has been positive. Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida, among others, have noted that the reports accurately reflect their market realities, often before they discover new insights themselves.

REALM Intelligence was developed in collaboration with Scoop, with a pilot group of REALM advisors reviewing each iteration and shaping the guidance. Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop, emphasized the collaborative process: “REALM's members are owners, and each one has spent a career learning their own market; you do not build intelligence for people like that from the outside. So we ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report, and we shipped again. Within two months we went from a first draft to a monthly report written for each of hundreds of advisors, every one of them reflecting best practice the network itself defined.”

REALM Intelligence is immediately available to all members. A second release, a wealth migration brief tracking affluent capital movement and its implications for individual markets, is scheduled for the coming weeks.
